UPS has lost 5 of my packages

3 of those packages went to the wrong house.

I have had no success getting a hold of someone to explain my infuriating situation. Can anyone here help me?

Their bullshit website says you have to register and go through a “lost package” procedure which I did. They took 5 weeks to say “package was not found.”

What number can I call to get my money back?

I have lost a total of $167 worth of merchandise this year alone. All from Amazon.
