Type B people - any convincing arguments to help Type A people see the benefit in chilling out?

1 month ago 27

I’m type A. My husband is type B (tale as old as time). We have 2 young kids and are both working full time. Coordinating the 6 billion appointments, school things, social things with friends and family, and activities is a full time job, one I’m doing mostly solely. I’ve come to the realization he won’t change, and to protect my sanity, I’m trying to figure out how to be less type A or drive myself crazy trying to make sure the kids don’t have scheduling conflicts/tolerating when stuff like that happens.
