Turn of the screw: was anyone really "evil"?

I just finished reading Henry James's The Turn of the Screw. Do you think there were inherently 'evil' characters in the book?

I was talking with some others at my book club, and some said the ghosts, the Governess, and some even said the kids for how they acted at the end. Curious to know everyone's opinion.
