This guy is wearing straight off the shelf walmart. Dickies or Wrangler hooded jacket, walmart store brand shoes, temu 9mm with a disposable can, backpack carrying a change of clothes. Rented an ebike with a gift card. No doubt that the guy left the park in some super generic jogging gear after chucking his weighted, ventilated back pack in the water.

I have that same jacket. Seeing photos of this guy made me realize how easy it would be to put this kit together. Could do it in an afternoon at any walmart in the world with $200 cash and not raise an eyebrow.
