There is one guy who told me that we’re living in a simulation and I’m just wondering what game engine is life running on anyone got an answer?

Along time ago, there is random guy who was talking to me at a park about how life was a simulation and I was just thinking if we were in the simulation and we’re like being played by aliens or something what game engine is we’re running on. I’m just wondering might be a dumb question.
