A lot of the posts here deal with change- “I feel this way, I want to make these changes, but don’t know how.”

This is good!

This is the starting point where change is possible, you’re realizing something isn’t right and there needs to be change.

This is the contemplative stage of change.

The stages of change grew in popularity when working with addiction and alcoholism, but it can be worked with anything when working with changing habits, mindsets, making goals etc.

I highly recommend checking it out. And wish everyone well on their life journey.
