Teenager life is honestly boring

I know many people might disagree, but let me explain why.

The thing about being a teenager is that, even though you have a lot of free time and can do a lot of things, it eventually gets boring.

Having so much free time can actually be pretty dull. You might try to fill those moments with activities, but they often don’t feel that exciting. Sure, playing games or watching YouTube can pass the time, but it doesn’t really bring the kind of satisfaction you’re looking for.

It's so long. I just want to grow up and be able to be free. It's not that being a teenager is bad, it's actually one of the most important stages of life. But compared to adulthood, it can feel limiting. Sure, not all adults have exciting lives, but as an adult, you have more control over what you do and the opportunities available to you. You can choose your path, make your own decisions, and have a greater sense of freedom. You get to explore what truly excites you. That kind of autonomy is something that seems to be missing during your teenage years, where you're often still figuring out who you are and what you want.

Being a teenager can also be frustrating because you don't yet have a clear sense of who you are. You're still in the process of building your identity, and it can feel like you're constantly trying to figure out what you stand for, what you like, and where you belong. It’s like being in a state of confusion where you're not quite an adult, but you’re expected to have more maturity and independence. This stage leave you feeling lost, because while you're trying to establish yourself, you’re still heavily influenced by the people around you. Friends, family, society. It's difficult to make decisions when you’re not even sure who you are yet.
