Suspicious or Normal ?

Hi just noticed that I can’t send messages/voice message/photo/videos on WhatsApp and instagram few hours ago. As well as my gf (which is miles away ofc) phone also experienced the same thing at the same time while we were messaging/calling And I was wondering what is it that might have caused this phenomenon?
