rich in my 30's but sexless + boring life. i feel i'm wasting potential

i'm a late 30's guy. retired businessman and have passive income. i live in fancy modern property i own + i own more properties. im easily a 7.5/10... i have one major issue; despite being "rich" i think i am missing out for real REAL. i go out daily ALONE for a long nice nature hike + sunbathin and lunch. (my country is sunny) 1.30pm till about 7.30 (in summer i go swim these times)... this routine is relaxing and nice yes BUT cant compare to the spice of sex / having a hot gf that likes sex. That's the only immediate thing i can think of that would fix this boring life problem (i know it would fix it coz i had it before)

this is where the problem begins; i live on a small EU island that has a dating/social system similar to Dubai and men outnumber women. close friendships dont exist either and dating apps dont work. i had a decent gf for a bunch of years and sex fizzled out due to her mental illnesses. escorts are common same as in dubai but i prefer to not live life with monthly herpes outbreaks on my dickhead....

so what r my options? i feel like im living the life of a retired 80 year old. slightly pleasant but bland. no spice.

is relocating to S.E asia worth it? in my case especially since i live rent free? i heard stories of men having sex 3x a day in thailand with different women. and i am told in philippines its normal to have multiple gfs. i havent had sex in a few years now (i had a few blowjobs recently from a catfish that i refused to have sex with due to her catfishin me)....
