reaching out

Hi, I am reaching out to anyone who can help me, give me advice. I don't know what to do with my life. I think I have been depre$$ed for 4 years now(not medically proven). I'm currently 15. This school year I need to decide what I want to do with life. I don't know if I want to stay in the school I'm currently in or go to an another school. If I go somewhere else I probably won't make friends, bc I have an×iety, s0cial an×iety and I'm quiet. I don't even have one career path. I have some hobbies but I rarely do them. Sooo yeah I'm f*cked. Honestly, I feel like giving up and jumping off a bridge.
