Premier/Premiere Holdings One LLC - Property Management Company

I rented a place with Premier Holdings and lived there for almost 2 years. They are trying to keep a portion of our deposit without any plausible reason or evidence - but that’s not what my post is really focused on.

I have been trying to find whoever owns this place for a long time now and it’s impossible. I’m pretty sure they are some type of fucking scam.

Does anyone have ANY information about this company?

I spoke to Barbara and Eric from their office and they absolutely suck, disgusting and dishonest people. Denise is also impossible to reach.

When I ask to speak to their boss they say I can’t and they will talk to them.

They never answer my emails or phone calls. I found who their Registered Agent is but since I don’t know much about the topic, I don’t know who I could or should contact.

I will likely file a small claims lawsuit but really wanted to see if anyone knows ANYTHING about this shady ass property management group?

If you’re looking to rent with them, don’t. We had several issues throughout our course of renting with them and are having issues now while we’re trying to cut ties completely and never look back.

Please, help!
