For the record, life isn’t bad, not even close. But I’ve been working in corporate America for the last 7 years and it’s honestly draining. I’m in marketing, so yes it’s more fun than a typical pencil pusher. But I feel like I’ve never really had one major “dream” I’m working towards.
A little more info: I’m 32f, college educated, have my own place. Single. I’m a decent photographer, I’d love to own a property and rent it out (cries in Californian) but I’ve also been thinking more and more about becoming an artist. Maybe a painter? Help! Has anyone else left corporate for a passion?
