My friends relationship

I wasn’t sure if I was going to bring this up but I’m getting worried about my friend. My friend started dating this guy back in about August. After about a week or more she kept repeating that “he is the love of her life”. After getting more information about the guy, is dating this guy 7 years old see than her who is from Jamaica and not here legally. Him and his family, with a slew of other of Jamaicans, are staying at the nearby Quality Inn and he works there also. He is also getting a divorce with his wife, which he was hesitantly told her after awhile into their relationship, and has two kids back at Jamaica. She did asked if I would sleep with his brother in law fully knowing that he has a wife and a kid expecting. Should I say anything to her and if so what should I say? Am I just overreacting?
