My Family

My brother had a baby this year with a woman who he’d been with since before he went to jail( he got out right before the baby was born). The baby is 7 months now. Now, my brother’s girlfriend’s dad literally hates my brother so much, he will literally go as far as trash talking my brother in front of us. Now I’m not gonna play the role of sweetheart and say our family is perfect because we are not. We are messed up too but not too the degree of what hers. Her family goes to the house and has parties without providing anything. Her father literally didn’t believe her when she said she was raped as a child. Her mother hasn’t visited the baby yet. This is what happens when she needs something. No one but my mother is called because guess what? That’s the only person she really trusts with my niece. Now the problem is this, my brother lost his job a month ago and he’s been working a bit in the streets but now it’s become a problem. First, it was because he stayed the night at his friends house too much but now, my brother seems to be smaller. The thing is that everyone is saying it, they know, but they’re not saying anything. “Oh he’s a grown man! I can’t do anything for him.” “He’s so small.” “What am I supposed to do?”

It’s something because in 2020, my older brother died from overdose of pills. So I guess no one’s learned their lessons, right? We already loss Grandma earlier this year?

I just don’t wanna lose anymore of my family, especially him. Not my other brother.

Please help me. I don’t have a lot of power in this family and I get yelled at for even caring.

But honestly I don’t care anymore, as long as I can stop someone from getting hurt or dying. 😢
