Moving to Miramar ¿?

Hello all, I am contemplating whether to move to Miramar or not. I currently live in SWFL (Estero) but mostly all my friends/family members are on the east coast so I find my self driving over there pretty much every week or every other week.

I was thinking about moving to Miramar by Miramar Pkwy right off of i-75. I work from home but I do have to visit locations in SWFL (Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral) once a week which is why I would like to stay close to i-75.

Im in late 20s, living by myself, I like to go out to restaurants, bars, etc.

Any recommendations ? Thoughts? Opinions? Ideas?
