Does anyone have an issue where their local dispensaries short you on flower? I am looking for others who experience this issue and have trouble working with the dispensaries to correct it.
My problem has been where I purchase X amount of 3.5g medical flower, and find it to be as low as 1.2g (most recently today). At times, it’s on par at 3.5g or higher, but roughly 1/2 of the containers are short.
The allotment from the government website believes I was dispensed the proper amount of medication when in fact I was not. I compare this to having a prescription with 35 pills and only receiving 12 while the insurance company thinks I got my months worth. The dispensary refuses to correct the order, return the unopened product or even exchange it. Instead they give me free containers (also short) and still reduce the amount from my allotment. They believe a free credit is sufficient while ignoring the fact that my allotment is shorted as well and I will hit my limit early preventing me from obtaining said prescription.
I’m considering filing suit. I believe I am not the only one. Anyone else in this position?
