Lyons Townhomes

I’ve been passing this construction ever since demolition and preparations began.

Is anyone else confused as to how these are supposed to be four separate units, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, at nearly 1800 square feet?!

Construction is nearly done, and the homes look so tiny. I almost wonder if either the architect or construction workers messed up somewhere.

Does anyone else think the same?
