Hi, is it so strange or wrong to do a "normal" job without going to university? I have a degree... my younger brother, however, did not go to university and to make up for it he chose to try military life. Everything would be ok if it had been a choice made calmly but it is not so, he did it out of a sense of duty and therefore it was a choice accompanied by a lot of regret. He is not happy. As an older sister, I feel bad knowing he is sad and far from home... am I wrong to advise him to go back and find a "normal" job that will make him happier? Furthermore, is it possible that in 2025 there are no alternatives to university for kids who do not feel inclined to do it? It is as if one were abandoned by society.
