Job problems

I’m keeping it blunt to prevent recognition: I have worked one job for 2 years started a second job 2 months ago and had been preparing for this third job for 4-5 years doing courses, trainings and much more it’s much higher paying and what I’ve wanted to pursue for the last couple years the second job Is with someone I know well hence I can’t quit, there’s also certain conditions that won’t allow me to quit for the next year. The first job I don’t mind quiting and would do it however the days for that don’t clash with the days for the higher paying job the problem is the days for the second job and the third job my dream job do clash, does anyone have any advice?
