Job advice pls

i’m 18 years old and have been applying for no experience part time jobs nonstop for the past year and still nothing.

ive had 4 interviews in total ended up failing all of them even with multiple days of preparation i have no idea how to do it right and stop being so anxious and tense during them how do i make a proper good first impression and make sure employers like me ; ;
