Is this lady playing with my mind?

So there's this lady in my office, she's kinda cute but I was never so serious about her. Generally I'm a flirty kind of guy so I kind of used to flirt with her over text.. she would resist it but anyway it was just a fun way of conversing and somehow I just stopped chatting with her in between. Cut to two months later one day she says she has trust issues because of me in a joking way , she says "I've put a lot of efforts for you (which she didn't) but you never gave any attention to me" and stuff which upon hearing I was shocked. She sounded like she was interested in me.

Anyway i kind of started talking and flirting with her again and the problem came when I wanted her more.. when she casually started flirting with me too. Now there are these 2-3 other guys in the office whom she flirts with. For one guy she shows some genuine care and flirts with him too.. they also go together on rides while she flirts shamelessly with me like I'm her lover openly infront everyone and this confuses me like hell. And today she totally crossed her limits, she hugged me, hold my cheeks, nearly romanced with me infront of everyone. What kind of women is she? I strongly feel that she wants to play with my mind or does she just wants attention..!?
