Is Planet 9 real and the cause of previous cataclysms?

A lot of scientists now believe there’s a big celestial body past Neptune with a highly elliptical orbit. If something like this were to get close to the inner planets wouldn’t it cause quite a bit of chaos? Some believe this object to actually be a giant alien mega structure or a planet whose inhabitants visited the Egyptians and past ancient civilizations.
