Is it worth it to go to college?

I'm about to graduate high school and really have no idea what I'm gonna do after I graduate. I was thinking about doing some sort of trade as a job, but am having second thoughts. Ive done alot of thinking about my future (which has gotten me nowhere). Would college help me figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life (and possibly making friends)? What degree would i go for? I haven't even looked at any colleges and try to change the subject when anyone asks about my future. I still have a few more months, but I probably should've had this shit figured out already.
