Is it possible to get family back once they’ve turned on you?

Over a lie my grandmother told. Back in 2016 she was kind of going through a rough time and needed money for house payments. I was a broke college student but I chipped in as much as I could while still being able to provide for myself. When it inevitably wasn’t enough, she said I was selfish and didn’t care about her enough to keep her housed. She told this to my whole family. None of them really have wanted anything to do with me since and they all believe her over me. I literally have no family, I don’t even get invited over for Christmas or get any presents from anyone who’s in my blood family. Is it ever going to change now if it hasn’t yet?
