Is it normal to be a virgin at 18 or 19?

Im 18 about to be 19 in April, honestly, there is no future for me to lose it, and I don’t mind that. I was just wondering if it can be considered uncommon, because a friend and I were just talking about life. Mine is pretty boring since I’ve always been too shy, and I grew up in a very religious house, so I never went to parties or did drugs or anything like that. He said it jokingly, but he called me a nun, and I was 🙂
