Anyone else’s Instagram feed full of violent videos today? I keep seeing really graphic stuff like murder and electrocutions. My friends have the same thing, and the comments on posts are full of people asking what’s going on.
Facebook (Meta) has done this before- back in 2014 they secretly tested how different content affects people’s emotions by changing what users saw in their feeds - they proved social media can control emotions. Could this be another experiment? Or is Instagram just broken
