is being busy an excuse for ghosting?

recently i have been having friends who are like this and it feels like i’m begging for a friendship and putting more effort.

when i’m busy , i try and be there. when they are, not much communication.

i just need better real life friends to be honest. i’m not great at making friends and friendships are hard for me
