I wish opium dens were still a thing

I imagine these were great places to meet new friends, partake in some opium smoking, and relax and kick the shit with some boys after a long day of making barely enough money to survive(kind of like today). We lack 3rd spaces in todays world and I think an opium den would be an awesome place. Bars and clubs are ces pulls of drunk belligerent and shitty people. I imagine these dens carried a much calmer and chill crowd. Bring them back.
