I want to enter the field of finance (equity) as a part time engagement to build something(product/service) for secondary income. Not interested in trading.

How to do something in field of stock market, as a part time thing, except trading, maybe build a product for long term to earn as a side income. Currently a software developer hoping to transition to product management or manager.
