I envy other people’s lives

I live in a middle class family. We are financially stable. I went to school, graduated, and I’m now studying at uni. For the most part, I have it good, and I’m grateful for that.

Still, I don’t feel happy and content with my life. Whenever I scroll through social media and see all of these influencers literally living their lives to the fullest, I can’t help but compare my life to them. It doesn’t even have to be a celebrity, even people I know, I always feel like my life sucks compared to them. I’m tired of feeling that way. It’s feels like I’ll never be truly happy again. I am seriously afraid of running out of time and not living life like everyone; It overwhelms me.

Did anyone experience something like this?
