I cooked the first part of my life, anything I could do next?

I'm 19 years old now and I have virtually no outstanding achievements. Not having a business that generates millions, never tried investments, not getting into ivies, not having an impressive resume or any fine working experiences, not good at sports or music, not good looking at all, and English is even not my first language. I'm obese, addicted to video games and pornographies, extremely odd and introvert, visually impaired, and suffering from poverty and mental conditions. I want to overcome this and get more engaged with my life. I want to connect to the world but here's no way to start. Is here a way for me to at least make a livelihood first? I never dreamed about being in a relationship, but I gotta figure out more about my survivorship first thing first. No job, no degree, no specialization, no startup capital.
