I am so angry

Have u guys ever felt so betrayed by someone, you are angry like you just don't even want to confront them and just let your life playout as it is, have a good relationship but never have what happened go away? Long question but that's how I feel. As a follower of Christ I know forgiveness is really important and necessary for all life at any circumstance, but I just can't let go cuz no one wants to confront what happened
