I am 23 and haven't got my life together, what should I do?

So I moved up here to Springfield Missouri, from Louisiana for someone I really liked long story short it didn't work out. I ended up job hoping the. Racked up about 60k with 2 car loans, credit cards and loans and about to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. L. My friend tells me I should go see my family for a month or two then come back. I really am confused. I'm literally almost 24 and losing my apartment and burned too many bridges for jobs now bankruptcy and everything has been one big roller coaster. Is this normal to go through this at my age? Because I'm really lost . Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you and God Bless.
