I always cry near my birthday 🥹🤧

I just woke up from a nap and had this deep feeling in my chest where my heart felt tender and this urge to cry… So I did. I always find myself emotionally nostalgic around my birthday, that’s the best word i can use “nostalgic”. It’s not cause i am longing for anything in the past it is more so i am feeling deeply in the present in the context of what it means to be alive right now. Like, omg the weight of being alive just begins to feel heavy (not in a burden sense) like — wow these moments are precious. Damn these are fleeting. Remembering that this is all temporary & I just don’t want to waste my energy on trivial matters. Ughhhh, does anyone out there feel me??? I know I am not alone😭🤧
