How in the world aita?

Ok so we all have our jobs right? We have an expectation to do them well, actually nearly flawless if I'm being honest. So how is it that that expectation seems to only extend to the lower paid? I know what my job is, I also know what my employers job is. And their job is to provide me with the environment and tools necessary to do my job. Can someone explain exactly why that expectation to do my job only seems to extend to me? Not only that but to do it so well that I hit every single expectation while the building I'm working in is shit, the tools work half the time, no one above me even seems to have a working knowledge of my job to send down dictams explaining how I should do my job? Like, they don't do their damn jobs... They sure as shit don't do them very well. They are failing hard af at their end of things but have the audacity to point out where I'm not doing the best... How exactly does that work? Then they gonna cry and everyone "doesn't wanna work" like "mfkr YOU ain't even doing YOUR damn job" meanwhile I'm underpaid and worth twice what I'm getting paid... Wtf..
