How hard is it to transition to finance?

I want to change my profession to finance from aerospace engineering.

I have a masters and bachelor in engineering and now im about to start an MBA degree (part time).

I have 3 years of experience in engineering. But i hate it and want to change to finance.

But i have no idea if i would start as an entry job or junior, thinking of going into corporate finance. But im not sure about the job market.

Any help/tips with previous experience or anything would be awesome. Thank you.
