How do you deal with people who don’t like you?

I know this might sound like a silly question with a simple answer but I’m just curious on your inputs. How do you deal with people whom you are certain don’t like you for whatever reason? What do you do when you have to communicate with them or be around them for necessary reasons? Do you ever confront them for not liking you?
