How do you deal with parents who tell your relatives all your secrets?

It's really annoying, I tell my parents things I only want my parents to know, I don't want they will tell anyone, but when you talk to your relatives, you realize they know your secrets, you can notice that.

Some people may say that you should not share your secrets with your parents, but how can you? If you don't share your thoughts with your parents, who else can you share them with?

I'm in a really bad mood.
