How 30s feel like when u remember it in your 50s

Recently stumbled upon a school pic of me at 12 years old and I am in 30s, and it looked like a very distant memory, like almost previous birth.

But is it because we were child and now we are adult, that's why I want to know from my experience of people who are in their 50s or 45s what they feel about 30s or 25s when they remember it, does it look like a very distant memory.
