Help with future

Right now I am 16 years old and I live in Ohio. I’m so beyond confused about what to do for my future like I have a base plan but I don’t even know how to get there. I want to go into the military but also go to college at the same time if possible. I want to do premed and then med and go on to become a neurologist. I don’t know where to go to or how to even apply to anything. And on the military front, I don’t even know if it’s possible for what I want to do. I’m also expressing interest in psychology but I don’t know yet. I’m thinking about living on the east coast but I don’t know what opportunities will lead me to go anywhere. I don’t even know what college is good enough either. Please give me some tips.
