he love of my life is reaching out to me what do i do?

we’re both 19 and were together since we were 14 WE WERE PERFECT nothing could ever got in between us, we had our first baby January 2024 and she broke up with me dec 2nd i hurt really hard for about two weeks but i couldnt care once i seen she got with another guy, i always told myself i can’t take her back if she got physical with her bf but she drunk called me saying she got r***d i dont know how to help her but after having my entire life spent with her i wanna try help her through this and maybe we learn to fix everything else and in the future get back together?
