Has it become harder to have neutral opinions? It feels like if you don’t take a strong stance on something, people assume you’re against them. Is there still room for nuance in discussions, or is everything becoming black and white?

I’ve noticed that in a lot of conversations, both online and in real life, people expect you to fully agree or disagree with them. If you try to see both sides or stay neutral, it’s like you’re immediately pushed to one side anyway. Has anyone else felt this way? Do you think this is just a social media thing?
