I’m keen to hear what you guys are working on this year?

For me, it’s exercise and diet. I’m cutting down on takeaways and shit foods. I’m eating more eggs / meats. Rice , potatoes and good carbs. Hitting the gym more. Cutting out toxic people. Just working on my mental and physical health.

Also trying to be more positive. A better person , help others when I can. Be more present , stop worrying about things that don’t matter to me.

I hope everyone here is healthy and doing good. What’s everyone’s “new year resolutions” ?
