Hey guys, been going the gym on and off for a while and I'd love some input.

I'm debating two routines:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Or

Tuesday Thursday Friday Sunday

In peoples experience what days do you feel work best and are more achievable? For myself I feel super dead on a Monday but then maybe that's a sign to go. Just wanted some opinions. Cheers!
