I (M,24) am a fairly good looking guy and don't really look like I'd be into something like pokemon but I've loved it since I was a kid. To this day I could answer nearly and question about pokemon, and I play every single game that comes out. I even kept everything pokemon related I've ever owed since I was kid and my collection is honestly worth a good amount of money because it includes a lot of limited time and pre-order items. At times I may go a few months without playing a mainline game however I still play pokemon go every day. The weird thing is that I don't make it part of my personality whatsoever. I've never really liked wearing stuff with pokemon on it or decorations or anything like that with pokemon, to me that kind of stuff always seemed kinda childish. Before people say I'm embarrassed about it, I have no problem telling anyone I'm into pokemon. if the topic ever comes up in conversation, I will gladly say I love pokemon and go off on a tangent about it. If I ever catch a shiny pokemon I've been trying to catch, I'll excitedly tell my coworkers the next day at work. I just don't like making it my personality like most people whos as into it as I am would.

In my dating life, the kind of women I attract and what im attracted to, usually think it's hella nerdy when they find out im into it.
