In real life with friends and other people, on social media like reddit and other places.. Dating is always a topic. Guys are asking for tips, other guys tell why they have given up on dating, some guys are actually optimistic.
But all the same, everyone is single. Because I don't think it is something available anymore. I look outside and see that even most handsome guys or attractive girls are alone. Not even talking about my friends and other people I know. It is not about looks or social stuff. People I know who attend the most social activities where you can meet different type of people also fail .
Maybe dating is outdated and it is given us as a huge topic only to consume our time? Maybe women just don't like guys that much to date them? The concept is funny as well. You are going to a coffee shop or a dinner, or another activity with someone hoping you would spend more time later. I don't understand How this worked for so long too.
It's either being single but succesful at other stuff (academics, profession, hardwork, social skills, hobbies, what you call) or either being single AND being consumed and deteriorated after allocating tons of time for something you can't reach (a partner) . Everyone's choice are their own. I go with the first option.
