$800 Billion in defense spending and the Biden admin won't say a word about what these drones are.
This seems very much like a false flag operation to pass some sort of drone legislation (pointed out by another post on here that goes into detail)
I think the deep state is looking for more power to fly surveillance drones non stop and secure funding for a project.
The fact that they're not saying anything means they are writing up the legislation or even pushing it through (bypassing congress) right now.
