Hello!
I've been trying to start reading one of these two books for a long time, but I have a few questions about both books and the authors that I can't answer. I'm interested in whether there is open or hidden racism and anti-Semitism in these two books, and whether Miguel de Cervantes and Alexandre Dumas privately held such views? This is not something that is crucial to whether I will read these two books, but I would like to know the details about it, because I've seen several similar reviews in different places, but again, nowhere was it clearly stated what was meant. I think that with such an explanation it would be easier to read the book and conclude why something is written that way.
