Do some words get "englishized" in books translated to your language too?

when instead of words being translated, it's written in phonetically in your language, but it is an english word.

for example I'm reading Mishima's Runaway Horses which prides itself of being directly translated from Japanese to Georgian, but in every other page there is a word translated in english then written in phonetically georgian, it takes me out of the experience.

I am kind of sick of english language to be honest, even this translator who studied specifically in japanese university is still influenced by English. I wish any other language was dominant in the world; Portuguese, German... or even Dutch.
