Hey everyone,
Florida native and future first time buyer here. I am scouting out some properties, but it’s difficult to calculate a realistic total monthly cost without having condo insurance premium info for this area.
Would any condo owner be willing to share their premium amount? I am targeting a 900 sq ft condo in Broward.
